Meeting planners must be registered Guestbook Members.
Book eligible meetings, conferences, or group events directly with the Sales Team. Applies to contracts of 10+ room nights or meeting/event spend of $3,000+.
Once the event actualizes and is paid in full, planners choose their preferred reward:
- 5% Cash Back, or 5% toward a future stay credit, or 5% donation to charity.
First-Time Planner Bonus: +2% reward on first eligible booking.
Repeat Planner Tier:
2–4 bookings/year: +1% bonus
5+ bookings/year: +2% bonus
Off-Peak Incentive:
Receive a bonus 2% when booking meetings or events over need periods or Sunday–Thursday dates.
